Bambu Just Released PrintMon 🤔
Looks like PrintMon is an AI generation tool to create/turn images into 3D Printable Designs.. After looking at their signup page its more than likely this will be a paid feature since AI does cost quite a significant amount of money at scale. But do you guys think? Will you be open to paying for this? You can check out their signup link here: Click here

Bambu just released a statement on their suit
Looks like Bambu just became aware of this suit but haven't been served. Curious to see how this plays out. Lawsuits like this may take several years so this may be the start (or the end) of consumer based 3D Printers. What do you think?

A few lessons after the 3D Printing Expo + Upcoming Products 🤝
Just came back from Rapid + TCT which is an expo in LA about 3D Printing. Here are some 4 key takeaways I learned after visiting an expo like this. 1. 3D Printing is WAY bigger than you think, its not just what you see online and or on social media The 3D Printing space like Bambu and Prusa only make up a small fraction of ACTUAL 3D printing manufacturing. 2. Big companies HEAVILY rely on 3D Printing to bring their products to life Companies are heavily investing into 3D Scanners and CAD technology for their workforce and they NEED people who know how to use these things. Learn those skills - especially if this is your career. 3. New Bambu Products on the way, spoke with a REP at Bambu labs and he states "we should expect a new larger printer by this year as its already 50% of the way into production." (fingers crossed) Also new after market parts for these printers for the X1C, X1, A1, A1 Mini, P1, P1S are also dropping next month. 4. There are some interesting Filament brands that I never heard of Kexce and Kimya or two of those brands. Interested in buying those filaments and see the difference. Did any of you attend?

Bambu just got sued.
Here is the TLDR: Stratasys (A USA based 3D printing manufacturing company) is Suing BambuLabs over infringing on several of their patents in which they hold the rights to within the United States. Now Here is some more details about it. The lawsuit alleges that Bambu Labs' 3D printers, including models like the X1-Carbon and P1P, infringe on Stratasys' patent related to additive manufacturing with purge towers. Stratasys is claiming that they own the patent to using purge towers, more specifically when the AMS switches colors to have a much cleaner filament transition. Stratasys also claims Bambu Labs directly and indirectly infringes on their patent by manufacturing, selling, and using these 3D printers in the United States. The lawsuit seeks to hold Bambu Labs accountable for unauthorized use of their patented technology. What does this mean for you? Probably nothing, at least not yet. IMO its seems like Stratasys just wanted to retain some of their market share and by initiating a lawsuit they can put pressure on Bambu since they are "somewhat" direct competitors I've also attached the document to the recent court filing down below if you'd like to read it. I'm curious to see how this pans out - I've also attached a video on it which I think this creator does a good job covering it.
