Just got our Christmas Tree 🌲
Me and my wife moved in to our first home this year 🎉 So we bought our tree early and added all the minis we designed and hung them up as ornaments lol.

The plan has been to see how far I can go at plant pop-ups, selling only 3d printed items I have learned to make in CAD. I also decided that, for now, face to face interaction while selling prints is more important than bringing my plants to increase sales, because the simplicity lets me better see why customers are making the choices they do. This time, the specific goal was was selling enough prints to cover buying a heat gun - took all of 45 minutes. My favorite part was women with an actual background in STEM (unlike me lol,) stopping by to say they've been watching me on social media. I am active on Facebook and Instagram, but do not have a big following. For the first two pop-ups I had much less variety and expertise, and made very little money. That's ok. Now, though only for something as simple as plant trellises, I am at the edge of knowing enough to be reusing what I have already learned, instead of working through entirely new skill sets for every project. It's about to be much more fun. For next time I need to design display elements for my table - maybe some risers for pots, and a vertical stand of some sort for hanging up trellises.

@Peuge Benjamin This makes me happy, on a day when I need a little boost. Thank you.

@Mike Ward A quick pass with a heat gun removes wispies from printing in humid conditions. A little more smooths rough places where I used a file to remove the remnants of supports.
I know its still Spooky Season but... 🎄
Printing some new Christmas themed designs/Flexis, going to take me a good minute to print all of these out! Here is a pic of me and my dog, she loves working with me lol 🐕

I'm waiting for enough sales to cover another purchase, then buying filament and some parts. The maximum discount on basic or matte PLA refills is a nice price. Ideally, I will make enough for another P1S, but that's iffy.
What have you printed this week?
Printed these spooky spiders! Currently creating a collection of Spooky insects for the Halloween season so now I wait for the rest of them to print lol. Are you guys giving stuff out this halloween?

I'm late to the party. I do plant pop-ups. I started by designing things that would fit my type of plant, grown in the sizes and types of pots I use. This week I offered to design a few in the sizes that other regular vendors use. Why didn't I think of that before?! I'm also including one of the liners I use in my own plant collection, when I show the cover pots that I designed to fit those liners.
