I’m a morning person. I choose to get it done within the first hour or two of each day.
This is my daily schedule. I might add this as a part of the classroom section.
Monday - Zone 2
Tuesday - Strength
Wednesday - Zone 2
Thursday - Strength
Friday - HIIT
Saturday - Zone 2/strength/challenge
Sunday - Rest (or catchup if I missed something)
