Anabolic training is designed to promote muscle growth and strength by focusing on intense, resistance based workouts. Lifting heavy with fewer reps aiming to stimulate muscle hypertrophy and increase the production of anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone. I’ve watched all the videos on Maps anabolic by mind pump media ( added on classroom ) and written out the whole schedule they have for the program and organized to follow super easy ! Following this plan is a way of being super intentional about our training splits and workout schedule. Adjust it to the days that you workout , but stick to the routine ! Sunday Spartan Training Details 12/17/2023
YOOOOO!!! Sunday Spartan Training is official, every Sunday at 6 am we are going to be getting in that work while everyone is still asleep! 😎💤💪 Everyone is invited out to come ! Especially those who are training for San Jose March 31st 10k spartan Race ( ticket giveaway will be the first day .... or should I do it on the 2/3 to really see who is about it ?) Leading up to the date its your job to start building your strength and stamina , but Sunday we come together to push ourselves beyond the limit and build extra motivation ! Each week we will have a different workout routines so we keeps it interesting ! I'm excited to plan everything out and to crush our fitness . This Weekend Description - Meet up Location: 1430 Q street Apartments @ 6am ! Our warm up will be a walk one block away to the parking garage (stretch and walk), then will run/sprint up the 8 floor garage, at your paste that you can push yourself to! There at the top we will have a beautiful view of the city and will have a circuit of exercises focusing on lower body. Once finished we will jog down the garage and continue to Franklin D. Roosevelt (Calisthenics) park 1/2 miles away. Once we get to our new destination we will also have a circuit of exercises focusing on upper body and Abs so we hit full body for the day. To wrap it up we will finish strong jogging at a faster past than we did getting to the park & stretch it out! (optional) I will have my ice pod on the rooftop overlooking the city for anyone willing to challenge themselves to mind/body post recovery session!! **actual circuit exercises will be updated soon so you have an idea ** be sure to vote when you think the free ticket should be given away down below ! please and thank you .
