What I learned from my transformation
It’s not a single large meal that causes fat gain but the gradual accumulation of small, untracked calorie surpluses over time. These seemingly minor indulgences, repeated day after day, add up and lead to progressive weight gain. It’s like “death by a thousand cuts,” but in this case, it’s weight gain by a thousand small decisions.
The real issue lies in the daily habits—we skip tracking and justify choices with, “It’s okay, just for today.” Over time, these small, unaccounted-for decisions compound, leaving us wondering where it all went wrong. The key is consistency and awareness in our day-to-day actions.
