I have been so sick of myself lately, repeating the same old cycles and putting everything before myself. I AM NOT MESSING UP THIS TIME!!! 10years of constantly battling myself when it comes to food. I do great during the week (100% in fact) and then comes FRIDAY. And not because it's the weekend, Friday is my busiest day and I often don't get a chance to eat and then when I do I carb load, leaving me feeling lethargic, disappointed and ashamed. I am on point with my exercise, actually the complete opposite to my food, I see muscle building but just not stripping the fat that surrounds it. So today I'm taking charge, I've meal prepped 4 days (including Friday) so I have no excuses.
I will make steak with eggs fresh for dinner
