How Many Times Should I Workout Per Week 😕
This is a practical and quick guide for how may time per week you should be going depending on your gym progress, you can always go more than recommended and still se results but going less will severely make you see less results at the specific years of training 💪 0-12 Months of consistent training - 2-3 Times per week to see OPTIMAL results, focus on consistency at this time 😇 1-3 Years of consistent training - 3-5 Times per week to see OPTIMAL results, focus on finding out how you body works, experiment with form and exercise selection, you will have a long time to learn the ins and outs of your muscles 🕛 5 + Years of consistent training - 5+ Times per week to see OPTIMAL results, once you become advanced, focus on working on lagging muscles, training hard and training often to squeeze out the last bit of those gains 😵‍💫

How I Beat Gym Laziness 💪
When I was at my worst, i dreaded going to the gym, I was severely overweight, completely out of shape, and frankly I did not even want to be seen in public 🥲 As I was slowly getting into the gym, it was super hard to stay consistent, but within a few months I EASILY went from a chubby boy who trains 3 times per week and skips half of his workouts, to INSANE consistency, where I nearly missed no workouts for 4 years straight 🥶 How did I do this ? This may sound counterintuitive, but the days you feel most lazy, are the day you have to go THE MOST The day where you are feeling lazy, you will level up your discipline the most by getting into the gym, or hitting that workout. Brainwash yourself and tell your brain that you'll just put in your music and hit a light workout. Just show up, and you might be surprised that you actually get a surge of motivation to exercise once you're there🤯 When I quit smoking it was the same idea, it's easy to not smoke when you're not feeling the cravings, but you only become a non smoker once you can overcome those 10 minute lasting cravings 🚬 You can't rewire your brain into a new lifestyle without any resistance, your brain will always try to take the easier path, but the more you repeat the action, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO, the easier it will become with time🧠 Stay Savyy ♥️
