Is Your Fat Loss Food Bland ? GOOD 😈
When first dieting and losing weight, pick foods that are quite good tasting and healthy so you can stick to the diet better 🥗 But as you get leaner and want to lose weight faster, opt for less tasty food. Not only will it be lower in calories, but food that tastes kind of bland is very hard to overeat on, you will eat more slowly and not crave an extra plate after 🧠 The further you get into your diet, the more bland you should make your food, this is what I find works best for me, but as always, experiment and see what works best for your body 😉
