Feeling Drained by Your Business?
Have you ever felt like everything you do in your business is draining?
Like no matter how hard you work, you’re spinning your wheels and struggling to see results?
This came up in a conversation I had recently with a client, and it’s something so many wellness practitioners experience.
It’s not always about doing too much.
Though that might be part of it.
Sometimes the real issue is deeper.
There certainly are real and significant spiritual roots to this problem.
I'm sure there will be some of you who can speak to this.
In the meantime, here are a few questions I would personally ask myself if my work was making me feel drained and overwhelmed:
Do I have clear plans and processes to guide my work?
> Without these, every task can feel like starting from scratch, which quickly leads to exhaustion.
Am I tracking my marketing and sales activities?
> Knowing what’s working and what isn’t gives you focus and direction - without it, you’re stuck guessing.
Is tension or overthinking draining me even more?
> The pressure to get results fast can be physically and emotionally exhausting, especially if you’re trying to push through without a strategy.
If any of this sounds familiar, don't make it mean anything about how capable you are.
I sure know I used to kick myself when I got stuck in a rut.
But, take it from a former master procrastinator, it also doesn’t have to stay this way.
Inside my free membership, The Clarity Collective, we explore these challenges and work through them together.
From tools to clarify your focus, to strategies that simplify your work, this is where you can reset and find a way forward.
