ANNOUNCEMENT FOR KINGDOM VISION WORKSHOP
I’m moving the Kingdom Vision Workshop originally planned for this Friday to next Friday, December 13 at 11 am Central time. There is a planner for pre-work to prep for this workshop. Let me know if you need it so you can be prepared for the workshop. Super duper excited about this and can’t wait to see what the Lord does through it. Do you need the planner?

@Angela Linville thank you - I grabbed it!
Telling Stories
My vision is to help as many people as possible write & publish their books to tell their stories or testimonies. As I mentioned in a comment, the foundational verse for my editing & publishing is Revelation 12:11 because in telling our stories--our testimonies--we really do overcome AND help others overcome. I'm totally convinced that nothing is ever wasted with God. Everything we experience can help others in His Kingdom. It's the perfect way to flip the script on the enemy, don't you think?😉 God gifted me to encourage, help, & connect others for His glory & for our good. Please let me know what I can do to help any of you. I just cannot thank @Angela Linville enough for creating this amazing community & connecting all of us to better serve the Kingdom. We definitely are better together!💜

I also work in storytelling space! Not the publishing stories part per se …. But definitely the stories container.

My biggest milestone that has plagued me for years has been having the energy to do all the things … physical, mental & emotional energy …. So reaching the milestone that generates all the energy I need is what I’m celebrating!

Impact VS Income: The Truth About What Christian Entrepreneurs Really Want
Let’s talk about something many Christian entrepreneurs won’t admit: We say things like, “I don’t care about money; I just want to make a bigger impact.” And we mean it—impact is why we’re here. It’s why we work hard, why we push through challenges, and why we stay committed to the mission God gave us. But let’s be honest. It’s not just about impact. Deep down, many of us do care about income. Not for selfish reasons, but because we want to: • Bless our families with security and freedom. • Grow our businesses so we can reach and serve more people. • Give generously to our communities, churches, and ministries. Here’s the thing: there’s nothing wrong with desiring financial abundance if your heart is in the right place. Money isn’t the problem. It’s a tool—a resource God can use through you to multiply your impact. The problem is we often feel like admitting we care about income makes us less spiritual. But that’s not true. When you pursue financial success with integrity, it becomes a means of creating lasting change. So, let’s stop pretending we’re above caring about money. Instead, let’s focus on stewarding it well. You can prioritize impact and trust God to provide the income to sustain it. The two aren’t at odds—they work together. Be honest with yourself. Dream bigger. Pursue both impact and income, and trust God to use you to make a difference that lasts. What are your thoughts on this?

They are both important to me - however I don’t need to charge outrageous prices to make an impact. I think there’s a balance - not an excuse to charge high prices to enjoy an affluent lifestyle. At some point it becomes a turn off for me. However, it’s probably because of the people I’ve been called to serve. And they either can’t afford it or won’t spend that kind of money - something I completely understand. I’ve come from growing up wealthy and I’ve seen some pretty evil things in those circles - but luckily I’ve seen what my dad did with it for good. And he stood out as an outsider in this in his own circle of wealthy people. He grew up very poor with a dad who was very lazy and downright mean. However my brother and I were manipulated with money and material things in order for my parents to get from us what they wanted - and it took me years and trauma therapy and lots of forgiveness to overcome it. When my mom realized the trauma it caused (in the last year or so) she felt so bad - she had no idea. We raised our kids in a single income government stepchild household income (23 years until this last year our income was at the poverty line until we finally got out on the GS pay scale like other government employees enjoy). I can bootstrap a grocery budget like no one you’ve ever seen. But my kids have learned this skill and learned resilience and we got through COVID better than any of our friends did. God has always provided for us even during shutdowns when we had no paycheck and were living paycheck to paycheck. And seeing that built my faith even more in ways that another level of income never could. We are in a new season and I’m slowly getting clients and sales in my health supplement line. My focus, however, is not income up-level but impact up-level…. Some of us are not led to affluence - and God can work with whatever income or talents or energy we show up with and that’s going to be different from one person to another. When I was listening to coaches tell me to charge thousands for coaching packages - God was very loud and clear that my job is not to fill in the income - gaps - that was His joy. He was very clear to me about impact. And we have never felt like we couldn’t give or serve with what little we had to work with. God has served multitudes with our loaves and fishes.
