January is just around the corner, and it's time to wrap up the year — and kick off the next one — with a powerful collective effort from the entire Dojo! Together, we'll focus on mastering the ultimate kettlebell exercise ever created: THE SNATCH!
Here's how it works:
- Until January 31 2025, strive to complete as many Snatch as possible.
- This is a group kumite, so every participant's reps are tallied together.
- If you want to keep a diary, record a video of yourself doing the work.
- Share your results in a comment below this post and add your reps to the dojo's total.
👉 Give your hands enough time to heal in between sets unless you want to turn your hands into hamburger meat.
Note: Any type of Snatch is allowed. Full Snatch, Half Snatch, Double Snatch etc.
