First workout back after 10 days off!
Inspired by Coach Gregory’s latest video with double kettlebells! Modified to 4 sets of 8 with 16kgs as they’re the only one I have doubles of!
4 x 8 - Long Cycle
4 x 8 - Front Squat
4 x 8 - Jerk
4 x 8 - Half Snatch
I am going to have to get more doubles because that was horrible in the best way possible!
