First Workout Back
First workout back after 10 days off! Inspired by Coach Gregory’s latest video with double kettlebells! Modified to 4 sets of 8 with 16kgs as they’re the only one I have doubles of! 4 x 8 - Long Cycle 4 x 8 - Front Squat 4 x 8 - Jerk 4 x 8 - Half Snatch I am going to have to get more doubles because that was horrible in the best way possible!

White Belt Test - M - 24kg - 1:25 mins
Used this as my workout today moving from 8kg up to 28kg. 28kg was ugly so here’s the 24kg (2nd time because I didn’t press record the first round 😂😂😂)
