Brand new, I now have two 16 kg. This had to be tried immediately.

3x AMRAP 7 ABC double 16 kg
5x EMOM 5/5 half Snatch 16 kg
50m Farmers Walk double 16 kg
I'm wracked, but happy because I've made a lot of progress.
