Here is my attempt to meet the Steve Cotter Cert 1 requirements with a 20 kg kettlebell. The 100 swings and 30 squats were barely manageable. For the clean and press and the 60 snatches, I was just trying to get the required reps, far beyond any proper form. How does one even manage to do 30 snatches with one arm using 20 kg?
