Hi! Just finished the Kettlebell workout: Steve Cotter’s IKFF Master’s trainer fitness test (adapted to beginners), as part of the 30th day of the 30-day Kettlebell Challenge of Lebe Stark.
I had to do it changing side rather than one side to be able to finish it. But I will do it again next month after training more.
