Today I did ‘s 30 min Fat burning workout. 10 Deadlift l/r
10 Clean and Press l/r
10 Swing l/r
10 Snatch
4 rounds
I used 20 kg for the Deadlifts and 16 kg for the other techniques.
After round 3 I was already done because I thought that it was the last round, so I really fired throughout round 3. But then: the really last round came… As I melted my left palm skin in round 3, I could only do one Snatch with this hand in round 4.
Finisher were different Squat variations.
