💪 Workout Of The Week
10-Minute Fat Burning Morning Workout You Can Do Everyday
Today I repeated the same workout I already did last Thursday.
I also used the same weights: 16 kg and for the finisher alternating suitcase walk 20 kg.
I‘m still in recovery mode, but today the workout felt already better. I‘m coming back slowly.
