Zone 2 cardio vs. Intense Cardio
I learned that zone 2 cardio is better for burning fat while high intensity cardio is better for using up sugar stores.
What if I want to do both?
What is the best way to do cardio if I want the effects of both?
Zone 2 cardio first then high intensity cardio? Or vice versa?
