Rn I do a pplpplr split. I want to switch to an upper/lower where I work out every day.
This is so I can add more volume to my chest and back. They are underdeveloped compared to my arms and legs and my chest doesn't even get 10 sets a week.
This will bring rest days from 2 to 1.
I currently take every set to failure and do dropsets when I feel like it (which is about 30% of sets).
