Hi from Houston!
Where are you from? Houston, TX
What are you working on? I am working on restarting my REI biz, fixed and flipped houses for 6 yrs, picked up a bunch of rentals, and then lost it all. Grew too fast too quick.
What immediate help do you need? I am looking for a low cots process to point me in the right direction, I understand the jist of the business, but I never wholesaled anything, I routinely bought from wholesalers. I'm hoping to learn from others while sharing whatever mistakes I've made that can help someone out.
