I use direct skip is $0.10 I like it because it also gives you relatives contact info and if owner is deceased.

Tax Auctions - OTC's
I've been searching Land Banks and State Lands on their auction sites. Seems like an interesting investment path. So I bid on a lot in the city and won! Realtors are listing similar lots for $15k, I picked this one up for $709.66 I consider this a WIN!

New Construction... really?
So I have been rehabbing for the past 7 years, and have done well until recently; our rehabs are sitting on market. We are considering new construction. Why? I've been watching new homes popping up, and people are buying them. Is this the rehabbers path forward until the market turns around?

@Duane Kidman omg that is insane. I looked at the area of the one closed last week and DOM for comps sold in last 3 months were 44, 52, 59 and 71. That seems reasonable. Maybe check different pockets/areas for fastest moving DOM.
