... I noticed a couple of different size ads on the boards in the Gallery. On one, there are two rectangular ads taking up the bottom row at one and a half ad space each. And on the other, there is one that appears to be taking up the entire top row. All three ad spaces (see pics).

With ads like these, does one charge the applicable rate at individual size? Or discount it for its featured size?
