Accountability
My biggest struggle with fitness since getting out of the Army has been accountability. I've always relied on motivation and battle buddies to make sure I showed up to workouts. Since moving to Nashville from Chicago I don't have that option. Like Jocko says my Pillow is my worst enemy. I have to commit to this new lifestyle like I would anything else I want to be successful at. Marriage, School, Work.
