Hi, my name is Donata and I live in New York.

I’m excited to join this community because I feel like not many people in my life understand pmdd. I don’t blame them because I didn’t know anything about it either until I got diagnosed. I didn’t seek out diagnosis, it happened when I was getting evaluated for ADHD. I’m prone to self doubt and self sabotage which has gotten in the way of me seeking help but I’m ready to end that cycle and start treating myself with love and compassion. I deserve to focus on me🩷
