👋 Hi!
Hi, my name is Adriana. I live in Jalisco, Mexico-, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because I am already learning so much from the PMDD Rehab course and it has given me hope that I don't have to suffer so much anymore!
I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community:
- Support for my PMDD questions
- Likeminded individuals that want to have healthy periods
- Education, ideas for supporting the new lifestyle
For fun, I like to do these 3 things:
- Travel
- Party planning
- Volunteer preach work
