👋 Hi! Hi, my name is Adriana. I live in Jalisco, Mexico-, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because I am already learning so much from the PMDD Rehab course and it has given me hope that I don't have to suffer so much anymore! I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Support for my PMDD questions 2. Likeminded individuals that want to have healthy periods 3. Education, ideas for supporting the new lifestyle For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Travel 2. Party planning 3. Volunteer preach work

@Jes Fleming well here in Mexico I visited this place in the state of Hidalgo called Grutas de Tolantongo and omgggggg that place was surreal!!! Thermal medicinal turquoise waters in the middle of the mountains!! Insanely beautiful. But in the states Yosemite also brought me to tears because of its majestic beauty. So many beautiful places just in North America!
