Hi Everyone, just want to share my recent success. I came into HH Academy with 0 experience in recruiting and just a tech sales background. Within less than 3 months of actually getting started, I just closed 2 opportunities for 17 and 11k! Moving forward, I would like to work on larger deals but not a bad start IMO. Shout out to Jonathan for a comprehensive and super helpful mentorship program - I am very happy with the results. Off to grinding even harder!

Hi everyone, I'm considering bringing a partner or investor into my business who has experience with successful businesses but no recruiting knowledge. Hey everyone! I started working with Jonathan at the end of 2019. I haven't been on in a while but I wanted to connect with everyone. My background - I created FullStackRemote, we have over 1,000 vetted software engineers, about 80% overseas and 20% in the US. We have over 450 AI engineers, 175 with Master's Degrees and 18 with PhD's. We've been doing AI consulting and AI builds and general software engineering / mobile placements, mostly contract, some FTE. Even though there is a huge talent gap in AI, and despite the press (like Netflix 900k salary for AI talent!) I'm not noticing a huge uptick in hiring AI Talent. I'm not getting a great response in my outreach. Wondering what you guys are seeing / hearing and if anyone wants to partner. Nice to meet you all!
