Hi Everyone, just want to share my recent success. I came into HH Academy with 0 experience in recruiting and just a tech sales background. Within less than 3 months of actually getting started, I just closed 2 opportunities for 17 and 11k! Moving forward, I would like to work on larger deals but not a bad start IMO. Shout out to Jonathan for a comprehensive and super helpful mentorship program - I am very happy with the results. Off to grinding even harder!

What’s up everyone! just want to shared that I received a nice commission check today $67,000 from a direct placement I started sourcing 3 months ago!!! This role came as a referral and I do have a partner I work with in my business. Yes, the deposit it’s over 50k for one placement!!! This is for a software company in the healthcare industry. They needed a software architect/ director level. We agreed on a 25% commission fee. Took a few months of searching for someone that had the right software engineering background and knew about building digital products. After going through various candidates they narrowed down to 2 guys I submitted. The candidate started in the beginning of October and the invoice went out net 30 From day 1 of his start date. Have to take a minute and celebrate the victories!!!

My outbound campaign sent out my first 25 emails and I just opened my first reply. It was a big fat "NO THANKS" but I'm one 'NO" closer to a "YES"!

Hey everyone, I want to give a quick shout out to @Allen Chen... Last week he had a rescheduled job order call and the hiring manager no showed again, but Allen did not give up and followed up 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting and he answered and did the Job Order Call! Allen is working on getting candidates over this week and waiting for hiring manager to sign the fee but he got to run it by him on the phone and shouldn't be an issue. There are potentially FOUR roles he might use Allen to help fill 🤯 Persistence is KEY when acquiring clients! Nice job Allen, super proud of you man!
