Advice on Partnering
Hi everyone,
I'm considering bringing a partner or investor into my business who has experience with successful businesses but no recruiting knowledge. Their role would mainly involve capital investment. I'd appreciate any advice on what to consider when forming this partnership and if anyone could share a contract template.
