So many coaches I talk to struggle with distractions, which would never be an issue with these 3 things.
Now some days I forget to eat because I'm so in the zone.
1. Write the URL of every website that distracted you and then block it on your PC
2. Force yourself to only use 2 tabs at a time (preferable 1)
3. Eat one, nutritious meal per day at the end of the day
Pro tip: Eat proteins, fats, and fiber first in your meal then simple carbohydrates and sugars at the end. This prevents energy crashes.
Even better would be to eat your one meal 2-3 hours before going to bed and then chill after eating.
