i'm attracting coaching clients without even having any of my stuff ready to go!
I might be doing this slightly backwards, but whatever direction gets results is cool with me, lol. I have this beautiful mindset that starts with. I'm just here to solve problems and make a little money while doing so... and the only presence I truly have is my personal Facebook. The interesting thing is the clients that I'm now working with in the things that I'm doing with them are all what I wanted to create content on originally in the first place so now my hand is being forced to do the most practical things first, and it's all coming together. I'm really excited about the establishing aspect and then I'm gonna hit up Dan when it's time to scale this baby out! So so happy that I just jumped in and started doing the things. I appreciate @Aj Gonzalez for reaching out to me and making sure I was settled into the group nicely. @Harry Clark is a rockstar and all of his posts and his successes are so inspiring to me. I'm really enjoying this group you guys!

@Elijah Caparros not yet. I have a few things going on simultaneously that I'm trying to keep up with.

Now I want to start by saying, I will not be adding everyone in. Maybe half will be accepted. However the traffic is amazing to have and I want to breakdown how you can do the same for your free community. Because the entire goal of the free community is to give so much value, you can effortlessly transition them to an upsell whether low or high ticket. For example if people can trust that I can help agencies, coaches and community owners, im an authority And no you dont need to have a paid community right now You want to post so much value and solve so many problems to generate such a large amount of goodwill. So when its time, they already know, like & trust you. At the end of the day, if you're good at what you do, you will get results. People will naturally see that and become automatically drawn to you. Focus on this when it comes to your YouTube, instagram & any other socials... Even Skool! You should only make people aware by helping them solve their problem for free! Think about why we all joined this community ;) Goodwill!

Of course! People are hungry for real knowledge and finding their place in all of this rapidly evolving digital marketplace. I am 100% behind what you are talking about with the Skool community for people just getting to know you and what you're about. After I set up my YT channel and get some traction there I am definitely going to Skool it up!
#1 communicating your value to the audience
As someone who has not applied any marketing to what I do and have managed to stay alive by word-of-mouth (no business, social medias or website currently working 😬), what's kept me alive is being my brand of value so I do everything from that place of how I can help people. My ideas for content that I'm now participating in communities and growing my name come from questions and I see people ask when I'm reviewing and selecting my content for the new coaching program. I'm gonna do anything that seems very universally applicable a way to create a little bite-size bit of information to nourish people also works as a way of communicating your value and establishing your bone fides. Don't be afraid to show a little something that anchors you as a valuable contributor to a person's journey whether or not they know who you are entirely or they're in the market for you. Anybody that sees that and you stick in their mind can be someone that refers you to one of the people in their circle of influence. And sharing "two cents" is a lot cheaper than social media marketing ads. You just wanna make sure it's a teaser, but it has enough meat on it to taste good.

@Sadiqua Williams yes the game is show not tell 😊
I'm getting ready to get ready...
Just recently, I was finally able to dedicate large chunks of time and energy to this direction in my life and branch from therapist to coach while retooling a lot of my skill set creating the programs and deliverables within for both a free community and social media engagement as well as completing my beta testing of specific practices within the paid program. Right now I just finished a huge amount of structural work and planning that I thought would take forever. Now it's just the final detailed decisions branding template, marketing message and structuring the offer while in the middle of a rebrand. In addition to this, I have been able to network and establish some contracts with people whose strengths are my weaknesses, increasing the momentum of what's building. This is a really exciting and challenging moment that I wanted to immortalize in a post to keep track of how fast it all comes together. A month ago I was a deer in headlights and overwhelmed with the minutiae and decision-making, trial and error, research it would take to really get started and now it's all happening. As a therapist, I am fully aware of my value and my ability to transform lives, but as many of you seasoned the coaches know, client involvement client ownership, and client accountability are really the hallmark of large scale impact. Economies of scale are always fun, but this is especially exciting and wonderful and if there's any tips, you could give a baby coach, please feel free to comment them below!

that is excellent news because I just landed my first Coaching client even before I've got everything packaged up and my online presence fully situated everything I've done so far has been word-of-mouth and it's crazy how awesome things are. There are so many people that need us and we've not only learned but lived the experiences that can help get people the results they need so they can live their best life!
Make Time for the Important Things!
Just wanted to share this with everyone! I had to wake up a lot earlier than normal because today is going to be a hectic day at work but I still needed time to work on my community! So what did I do? I woke up at 4am to get some work done before going to the gym at 5:30am. Long story short.... If things are important to you, you'll find a way and make time to do it. Keep on going everybody! What time are you waking up?

I typically work in the evening until 11-1 AM when my daughter finally goes down and can't wake up earlier than 8 myself, but I love this for you!
