The Journey Begins in February 2025!
In early 2020, I set out to create something that didn’t exist—the real estate training course I always wished I had. And now, after nearly 5 years of trial, error, perfecting, and mastering a gazillion moving parts, it’s finally here! 🎉 Coming this February, I’m launching the most immersive, hands-on, content-packed 3-month (+) LIVE realtor business-building training on the planet! 🚀 This isn’t recycled fluff from so-called “real estate gurus.” Nope! READ FIRST - How to use this community
Hey! Welcome to your new work fam here on Skool. Ok, so you’re here, now what? 1. I post tips/tricks/what I’m currently working on often on the feed. Right now if you scroll down and click a few posts I guarantee that you’ll find many things to add to your business immediately. 2. On the toolbar at the top of this group you’ll see “CLASSROOM”. This is a free training. This isn’t your typical real estate training. This is a step by step, easy to follow action plan that is what every businesses owner should do before they even start. I pinky swear that you’ll get a lot out of this. 3. This group is “gamified” meaning that the more you post, comment, and interact the more points you score. At the end of each month the first three people at the top can gift a gift card or coaching call. So, what are you waiting for. Stop reading this and start doing it! Today, We Launched Our Gr8 Letters! 🐯
Today was a powerful day as we kicked off the Gr8 Letter Series, specifically with Letter 3: The Menu (our Core Offer). Let me tell you why this tool is so impactful! 💥 Here’s what happened: after weeks of working with a seller, he suddenly gained a burst of confidence and texted me saying he "knew how the real estate game worked," and even mentioned he knew plenty of other Realtors. He said he wanted my "best" offer, adding that other agents would do it for less. 😅 Instead of negotiating, I simply replied with the attached image of our Service & Guarantee Sheets and said, “These are my list of services and guarantees.” 📃 Guess what? He chose the most premium option. 💸💥 Here’s what we learned: 1️⃣ Build a Powerful Core Offering: By enhancing our service offerings and effectively marketing to our Dream 300, including through the Gr8 Letter Series, we show clients our unique value. 2️⃣ Anchor Your Price & Stick With It: This approach radiates confidence and negotiation strength. 3️⃣ Set Client Expectations: By holding firm, we show clients that our expertise isn’t for sale at bargain prices. It establishes respect and sets clear expectations. 4️⃣ Reclaim the Power Position: Standing firm in our offers shifts the decision-making power back to us. So, here’s my advice: Build a strong core offer, market it relentlessly, and stay firm. Your clients will respect you more. And if they don’t choose you, it’s likely for the best – they may not have been the right fit anyway! 🌟
