Here’s what happened: after weeks of working with a seller, he suddenly gained a burst of confidence and texted me saying he "knew how the real estate game worked," and even mentioned he knew plenty of other Realtors. So, here’s my advice: Build a strong core offer, market it relentlessly, and stay firm. Your clients will respect you more. And if they don’t choose you, it’s likely for the best – they may not have been the right fit anyway! 🌟
