Team Sport Periodization
What’s your thoughts on periodization for team sport athletes that need to maintain/improve multiple capacities at once throughout a season? And is it actually that important that they have a strict model to follow?
I’ve been struggling to find an effective model to use with my athletes (football/soccer) so any suggestions would be appreciated 🤝
