Title says it all, whilst oly lift training clips are going around here would appreciate any technique advice on my hang cleans from the good GPP folk.
Think I usually send the bar a bit forwards during cleans for whatever reason and move a bit forward to make the catch, so not sure if that’s worth trying to address - maybe a carryover from projecting forward in starts fm track? Getting the push from ankle extension at the end definitely not feeling natural yet.
I put RPE idk because I don’t like repping hang cleans so I have no clue how many I could do - going from front rack to the start again and then resetting for another rep just feels like a good 30% of my energy gets wasted catching the bar after I drop it from the front rack, any suggestions welcome
