Up and ADAM
ACTIVATE- this is probably simpler than you think, a little bit of breath work or deep breathing, 10 or 20 air squats, five or 10 push-ups, 100 pull-ups (kidding)
DRINK - 16 ounces of water within 16 minutes of waking up
APPRECIATE - ask yourself what’s right about everything in your life, journal, prayer, or find the beauty in everything all around you
MEDITATE - this is the hard part for most people, but sit there, close your eyes, and get lost in between your thoughts. Make sure you’ve watched the ADAM Morning video on our YouTube channel
