Below are some things I have been doing to track my numbers while bio-hacking. Hopefully it can help someone out if you are looking for ways to better track your health with numbers.
CGM - Continuous Glucose Monitoring
I use Nutrisense for CGM. It has a great app.
Metabolism
Lumen - Tells you when you are burning fat vs burning carbs.
Ketones
KetoMojo - Great for tracking glucose and ketones. Let's you know if you are in ketosis.
