Everyone in here wants to improved their physique, but not everyone is at the same point in the journey.
We will have a category called “Habit Tracker”, whoever is the most consistent with their daily posts will win. If more than one person have a perfect score, there will be a live workout competition recorded live between those people that everyone can watch.
The winner of this competition gets a 1 hour sit down with me. I will create them a one month nutrition/exercise program personalized to their needs (See attached images).
