thanks CAR’s
What i like about this type of mobility training, is that it can make you feel good even when your muscles are stiff (doms). Today i did the car routine while still destroyed from boxing training on Wednesday (like actually, from hips to neck every muscle was hurting/stiff) and the feeling in my body changed a lot before/after. Im not saying it was some miracle but it took away that annoying clunkiness (idk if thats a real word haha) and i was feeling mobile despite the stiffness whereas before i was struggling to get out of bed like a grandpa. Would be nice to hear, have others notice this?

A little skiing ⛷️
Just wanted to share this because I have been diagnosed with a virus beginning of the year. Virus fixing onto the nervous system. I have been experiencing lots of frustration at first and gently getting back on track. I had to stop all activity for a while. Walking 15min a day was most of what I was capable of. During that period, I came across Tom’s instagram and was impressed with the content! I like this way of moving! Being strong from the core (if I may say!) Getting into it! And it helped me gradually climb back up physically! This weekend I was back on skis, giving instructions. I couldn’t have imagined it better! Out of breath the first day but physically present! My body was up to the task! I am really pleased with the feeling! Thanks @Tom Fysh 🙏🏽✨
