Macros make the difference!
Absolutely amazed by the change in just under a week and only on the meal/macro plan at that! Starting my workout routine today/this week and looking forward to continuing the amazing progress! I can't thank Adam/Puffy enough for getting me on the right track to being my best self! Already feeling more energetic, less hungry, and happier overall. All while still eating the foods I love 😊

Can’t believe the difference
I have been off the processed sugar since signing up with puffy and I can’t believe how much better I feel. I don’t even crave it. My headaches have decreased and I have more energy.
