Hi. I am new to this and yesterday was tough there were lots of reasons not to eat right and exercise but I made healthy choices with food and choose to walk to dinner instead of taking a cab. Small victories.

Wow I feel optimistic I’m so happy to say that I lost 5lbs. Since Sunday April 28… that’s when I talked to Adam and that evening I joined the group.
Thanks Adam for this opportunity of a life time a better opportunity for health n peace to know I’m not alone in my journey where I struggle to lose weight.
