well good news i am back on track and lost another pound might after i pit one a pound lose more this week so that will be good indeed also can i do single arm row press up or push ups however you say it and chest press at night like 8 or 9 pm because i keep forgetting to do them also i will keep posting updates here i also keep forgetting to keep track of my calories
