Training 4 Days a Week V.S 6 Days
I’ve recently switched from training 6 days a week to 4 days a week and it’s not working at all.
Maybe I’m just in my head but every since I switched to lifting 4 days a week I feel like I’ve only gone backwards.
Genetics usually determine how you respond to different styles of training and make sure you experiment with training styles in order to pick the best one for you
