ok so last might around 11 to 12 i had 4 burgers 3 noodles and 4 wraps and a packet of crisps all i my point system i ate 5 wraps and 4 bread and crisps in my point system the bread was 2 b choice and the 5 wraps and the crisps led to 23 points do you think i will be fine and still lose weight if i play it right or do you think i have messed the week up becoasue if i mess the week up already i can to do do something
