Yoo waddup my people, so I been working out since June 7 2023, and I been consistent for the most part only took a month off due to personal problems, I use to battle depression and was addicted to smoking everyday (weed) and eating fast food but when I wasn’t even feeling the high no more and was starting to trip on everything I decided to make a change and the day I started working out everything changed for me I no longer have depression I lost over 100 pounds probably more within then till now and I gained confidence in myself again I sometimes struggle with my cheat meals take more than I have too but I can say that this has become my new drug addiction
