Today I performed exceptionally bad as it was my first day at school and so I ate only 200 calories and 8 grams of protein and as it was my rest day I was not able to do any thing physically challenging not even pushups
Tomorrow to make up for today I will be having 2500 calories and over 100g of protein with high intensity chest day with not many breaks and also do 45 pushups with 15 reps each set 🔥💪
