Progress photos really do help, It shows you how much progress you’ve made. Don’t be ashamed to take photos of yourself for reference to go back on, and say "hey I really am making progress"
Because sometimes to you might think your not making improvements or still looking the same, but when you compare side by side photos it helps.
Train hard!!!
