I lift pretty heavy and wanted some advice on what to do because I feel stuck, I've been trying to cut weight lost a few pounds of body fat and seen some results over the few weeks I've been trying, all I want to know is that when losing weight how long does it take to get down leaner to lose belly fat to see visible abs, also need to know that once I got leaner my strength has also gotten a little bit higher, so my question is when should I stop cutting weight and try to gain weight so I can become stronger as I powerlift and am trying to self program. Also I felt stuck because I been saying that I started the cut 10 weeks ago but havnt lost a single pound but noticed fat loss, am I doing the right thing? Because if I am does that mean it will take much longer to lose it as I am also gaining in strength/muscle.
