Hey Guys!
I have been fighting hard to lose weight and get in shape over the past couple years. It has also been super hard for me to find Christian Brothers that take health seriously. I am also a father to a 20 month old little girl and it has been a challenge to balance family life along with the workouts. When I found this group it seemed like the perfect fit. I was 293lbs when I started fighting to be healthy again. I weighed in today at 208lbs. I have a goal to weigh in at 193lbs before the end of this month, so I can officially lose a total of 100lbs. I’m excited to see you all dominate your goals for the glory of God!

Current BW: 85kgs Goal BW: 80kgs Notes: Didn't lose any weight on the scales, but I feel like I've trimmed off a little bit of body fat. The high protein diet is definitely keeping me full & allowing me to continue building size. Will keep doing what I'm doing 🔥

Current Weight: 85kgs Weight Goal: 80kgs Vehicle to Goal: Eat high protein, cut out the snacks, workout 6 times/week following Tevon's plan. Count calories. Basically did a bulk the last few months by accident 😆 I've definitely put on muscle, but I just want to shred down the fat while continuing to add muscle. Lets goooo!!! 🔥
